I’m Franziska Otto, 

an independent advisor in Finance & Operations with strong expertise in Real Estate.

Over the past 14 years, I have supported institutional investors, asset managers and real estate platforms in building and stabilizing their financial frameworks. 

My background includes senior roles in Finance & Operations, responsibility for reporting, liquidity management and forecasting across multi-asset portfolios exceeding € 1 bn asset value in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
I hold an MBA with a focus on general management. 

Based in Munich, working mainly across Germany, Luxembourg and Europe.
