I’m Franziska Otto,
an independent advisor in Finance & Operations with strong expertise in Real Estate.
Over the past 14 years I have supported institutional investors, asset managers and real estate platforms in building and stabilizing their financial frameworks.
Before establishing my independent practice, I held senior positions in Finance & Operations within the real estate investment industry, overseeing reporting, liquidity management, forecasting, and process development for multi-asset portfolios with a total value exceeding € 1 bn across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
I contributed to the operational side of a post-merger integration, transitioning a privately owned company into an institutional environment and aligning finance, data, and governance structures with group standards.
Based in Munich, working mainly across Germany, Luxembourg and Europe.
